The cylinder of the rotary kiln is made of rolled steel plates, and is lined with refractory lining at a specified slope with the horizontal line. It is supported by three wheels on each gear support device. A large gear ring is fixed on the cross inner cylinder near the feeding end wheel with a tangential spring plate, and a small gear mesh with it. During normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power through the main reducer to the open gear device, driving the rotary kiln. The material enters the rotary kiln for calcination from the kiln tail (at the high end of the cylinder). Due to the tilting and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material not only rolls in the circumferential direction but also moves axially (from the high end to the low end), continuing to complete its process. Finally, the generated clinker enters the cooling machine through the kiln head cover for cooling. The fuel is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head, and the waste gas generated by combustion is exchanged with the materials before being exported from the kiln tail.
